Whole Energy Fuels supplies BIODIESEL and alternative fuels to a growing list of satisfied customers and partners in the Pacific Northwest. Declining oil reserves, global warming, national security and the health of local industry are issues that concern anyone who pays attention to current events. Approximately 80 billion gallons of diesel fuel is consumed annually, half for on-road use. Current bio-fuel production is about 0.1% of the market. The EPA, USDA, DOE, and DOD have all embraced biodiesel. Their support has taken the form of grant funding, adoption of this fuel in their fleets and general support for its production. Similar support is apparent in Canada, Europe, Australia, China, and India. Other bio-fuels also have strong support at the community and individual level.

Important retail information for Food Pavilion customers
Whole Energy Fuels has been selling B99 biodiesel to regional consumers in the Food Pavilion grocery store parking lot for 2 1/2 years without incident. In order for Whole Energy Fuels to continue selling biodiesel from the Food Pavilion parking lot, certain code requirements will need to be met that are unattainable without building a permanent fueling station. In the past, we had received conditional approvals by authorities that chose to classify our retail facility in a way that was not bound to petroleum fuel distribution standards. However, new city staff have decided to require our compliance with these requirements.
Petroleum requirements can and will be met during the construction of a permanent fueling station that we look forward to building in the near future. Whole Energy Fuels will continue to work with our community members and local authorities to ensure that the safety requirements of the community and the environment are fulfilled.
